Claims (8)

  1. 단섬유(filament)로 구성된 섬유상 보강재가 열가소성 수지로 피복되며, 또한 이 열가소성수지가 섬유상보강재중에 함침(含浸)되어 있는 구성의 판상체를 수득하고, 전기 섬유상 보강재가 충진되어 있는 판상체를 절단하여 얻을 수 있는 성형재료에 있어서, (I)섬유상 보강재의 충진률이 50중량%이상 90중량%이하이며, (II)섬유상보강재의 길이가 1-30mm(III)판상체의 적어도 일변이 1mm이하, (IV)성형재료의 비표면적이 20cm/g이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유상 보강재가 유리섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유상 보강재가 탄소섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형재료.
  4. 제1항 2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 섬유상 보강재의 충진률이 60중량%이상 90중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형재료.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 섬유상 보강재의 충진률이 70중량%이상 90중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형재료.
  6. 제1,2,3,4항 또는 제5항에 있어서 판상체의 적어도 일변이 0.5mm미만인것 을 특징으로 하는 성형재료.
  7. 제1,2,3,4,5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 성형재료의 비표면적이 30cm/g이상인 것을특징으로 하는 성형재료.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 성형재료의 비표면적이 40cm/g이상인것을 특징으로 하는 성형재료.
