Claims (12)
- 전기적으로 재생가능한 미립자 트랩에 있어서, 가스침투 가능 지지대(11) 및 교대로 충진 복수의 세라믹 파이버 필터물질(12, 14, 16, 18, 20) 및 전기 히이터 소자(13, 15, 17, 19)로 이루어지고, 상기 필터물질(12, 14, 16, 18, 20)은 상기 히이터 소자(13, 15, 17, 19)와 함께 크기를 변할수 있는 개구공간을 형성하고, 이 공간을 배기가스가 통과하도록 하는 침투가능 지지대(11)에서 방사방향으로 상기 공간이 뻗어서, 상기 배기가스내의 미립자는 히이터 소자(13, 15, 17, 19)부분에 인접해서 수집되어, 상기 히이터 소자(13, 15, 17, 19)에 전기 에너지를 적용할 때 기화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생 가능한 디이젤 미립자 트랩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스침투 가능 지지대(11)에 인접한 상기 필터층(12)은 1.5 L/M/㎠이하의 균일한 가스침투성을 가지는 세라믹 파이버 직물로 짜여지며, 상기 직물은 약 1150℃의 온도에서 길어진 기간동안 그 보전을 유지할 수 있고, 7.5배 정도의 확대된 야안 사이에 존재하고 눈으로 볼수 없는 공간 또는 개구를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생가능한 디이젤 미립자 트랩.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 파이버는 연속 용착된 실리카, 여과된 파이버 그래스, 알루미나-실리카, 지르코니아-실리카, 알루미나-크로미나-메틸(IV)옥사이드, 티타니아, 그라파이트, 실리콘 카아바이드 및 알루미나-보리아-실리카 파이버로 구성된 기에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생가능한 디이젤 미립자 트랩.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 파이버는 알루미나-보리아-실리카 세라믹 파이버인 것을 특징으로 하는 재생가능한 디이젤 미립자 트랩.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 파이버는 알루미나-실리카인 것을 특징으로 하는 재생가능한 디이젤 미립자 트랩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스침투 가능 지지대(11)는 스테인레스 스틸 튜브, 스에인레스 스틸 와이어 제직 피복 또는 스테인레스 스틸 결합 와이어 매쉬에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생가능한 디이젤 미립자 트랩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충진 세라믹 파이버 필터물질(12, 14, 16, 18, 20)은 연속 용착실리카, 여과된 파이버 그래스, 알루미나 실리카, 지르코니아-실리카, 알루미나-크로미아-메탈(IV)옥사이드, 티타니아, 그라파이트, 실리콘 카아바이드 및 알루미나-보리아-실리카 파이버로 구성된 기에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생가능한 디이젤 미립자 트랩.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 파이버는 알루미나-보리아-실리카 파이버인 것을 특징으로 하는 재생가능한 디이젤 미립자 트랩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충진 세라믹 파이버 필터물질(12, 14, 16, 18, 20) 및 전기 히이터 소재는 다이아몬드 형상개구를 형성하여, 미립자가 히이터 소자(13, 15, 17, 19)부에 인접해서 수집되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생가능한 디이젤 미립자 트랩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 히이터 소자(13, 15, 17, 19)는 내전기성 금속 외이어인 것을 특징으로 하는 재생가능한 디이젤 미립자 트랩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 파이버 필터물질(12, 14, 16, 18, 20)는 상기 침투가능 지지대(11) 또는 상기 히이터 소자(13, 15, 17, 19)상에 직접 세라믹 가닥을 꼬거나 권치함에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생가능한 디이젤 미립자 트랩.
- 내부 연소 엔진용으로, 배기가스를 전기적으로 재생가능한 크리닝 장치(10)에 있어서, 상기 엔진에서의 배기가스를 수용하는 유입구(33) 및 유출구(34)를 포함하는 캐니스터(32)와, 교대로 충진 복수의 세라믹 파이버 필터물질(12, 14, 16, 18, 20) 과 전기 히이터 소자(13, 15, 17, 19)를 포함하고, , 상기 필터물질(12, 14, 16, 18, 20)이 상기 배기가스로쿠터 미립자를 효과적으로 제거하는, 상기 캐니스터(32)내의 적어도 하나의 필터소자(10)와, 상기 유입구(33)에서, 상기 필터소자(10)를 통해 상기 유출구(34)로 상기 배기가스를 향하게 하는 상기 캐니스터(32)내의 수단과, 상기 배기가스 미립자를 태우도록 상기 히이터 소자(13, 15, 17, 19)를 전기적으로 에너지화하는 상기 캐니스터(32)를 통해 뻗은 수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기적으로 재생가능한 크리닝 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
