Claims (4)

  1. 지지 스크림[이는 m2당 중량이 100 내지 55g이고 ; 선밀도가 0.2 내지 2dtex/필라멘트인 유리 섬유 40 내지 75N 중량% 및 선밀도가 3 내지 10dtex/필라멘트인 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌) 섬유 25 내지 60중량%를 함유하는 선밀도가 1000 내지 5000dtex인 인터메시 연속 필라멘트 벌크(기계 방향)사, 설밀도가 150 내지 5000dtex이고 유리, 아라미드, 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌), 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 또는 이들 섬유의 블렌드로 이루어지는 부류 중에서 선택된 크로스-기계 방향 연속 필라멘트 사 또는 기계 방향사로서 이미 기술한 벌크사로 이루어진다] 및 스크림에 교락시킨 스테이플 섬유의 배트[이의 중량은 m2당 약 300 내지 800g이고, 상기 배트의 스테이플 필라멘트의 선밀도는 0.2 내지 20dtex/필라멘트이며 아라미드, 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌), 폴리페닐렌 설파이드, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리케톤, 폴리옥시케톤, 유리, 이들의 블렌드로 이루어지는 부류 중에서 선택된다]로 이루어지는 m2당 중량이 400g 내지 900g이고, 수차압 20mm에서 분당 dm2당 공기 투과도가 30 내지 400l이며, 25℃에서 측정시 폭 25mm당 기계 및 크로스-기계 방향의 인장 강도가 100N 이상이고, 200℃에서 측정시 폭 25mm당 기계 방향의 인장 강도가 50N, 크로스-기계 방향의 인장 강도가 100N 이상이고, 200℃에서 측정시 폭 25mm당 기계 방향의 인장 강도가 50N, 크로스-기계 방향의 인장 강도가 100N 이상이며, 200℃에서 폭 25mm당 기계 방향의 모듈러스가 125N 이상이고, 200℃에서 폭 25mm당 50N으로 응력을 가할 경우의 신도가 20% 미만이며, 10,000 사이클 후 마틴데일 마모 시험으로 측정한 마모 중량 손실이 13% 미만인, 300℃이하의 온도에서 장기간 사용하기에 적합한 필터 펠트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스크림이 편성물이고 충진(크로스-방향) 사가 선밀도가 3 내지 10dtex/필라멘트인 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌)의 연속 필라멘트로 구성된 필터 펠트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 스크림이 편성물이고 충진(크로스-방향) 사가 선밀도가 3 내지 2.0dtex/필라멘트인 연속 필라멘트로 구성된 필터 펠트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 배트의 스테이플 섬유의 길이가 2.5 내지 15cm인 필터 펠트.
