Claims (12)

  1. 하나의 파트너는 그림 - 음성 세균의 외막 단백질 A(OmpA)를 함유하고 다른 하나는 20개 이상의 아미노산으로 이루어진 단백질을 함유하는 융합 단백질
  2. 제1항에 있어서,OmpA가 이 콜라이 또는 쉬겔라 다이센테리애(S.dyenteriae)로부터 유도되거나 이들 OmpA의 하이 브리드로 이루어진 융합 단백질.
  3. 20개 이상의 아미노산으로 이루어진 단백질이 그림 - 음성 세균의 OmpA 의 회측첨(apical)영역 4개중 하나에 삽입된 융밥 단백질.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, OmpA가 이. 콜라이 또는 쉬겔라다이센테이애로부터 유도되거나 이들 OmpA의 하이 브리드로 이루어진 융합 단백질.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 인플루엔자 혈구응집소의 아미노 - 또는 카복시 - 말단 영역(약 아미노산 1내지 50 및 아미노산 280 내지 510)으로부터의 3차원성 접힘 영역에 상응하는 스톡(stalk)이 삽입된 단백질의 아미노 - 말단앞에 또는 카복시 - 말단 뒤에 추가로 삽입된 융합 단백질.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 추가로 프로테아제에 의해 절단될 수 있는 서열이 삽입 단백질의 아미노 - 말단 앞에 및 카복시 말단 뒤에 위치하는 융합 단백질.
  7. 제6항에 있어서. 콜라게나제에 의해 절단될 수 있는 서열이 삽입된 융합 단백질.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 융합 단백질을 암호화하는 벡터로 형질 전환된 그람 - 음성 세균.
  9. 관련된 펩티이드 또는 단백질 암호화 DNA 서열을 정확한 판독 프레임중에 함께 결합시키고, 발현 벡터에 연결시킨후, 이 발현 벡터로 그림 - 음성 세균을 형질전환시켜 이 성질 전환체 중에서 발현시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제 1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 융합 단백질을 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 이, 콜라이, 사로낼라 티파이(S.typhi)또는 살모넬라 티피무리움(S.typhimurium)세포를 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 융합 단백질을 발현시키기 위한 하이브리드 플라스미드로 형질 전환시키는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 융합 단백질의 백신으로서의 용도.
  12. 유도물질로 유도시킨 제 8항에 따른 형질전환된 그림 - 음성 세균의 경구용 생백신으로서의 용도.
