본 고안은 수직 자기기록매체에 관한 것으로, 특히 Co-Cr-Ta 합금을 박막 적층구조로 형성하여 수직자기이방성이 단층 Co-Cr 기록체보다 월등히 향상되도록 한 수직 자기기록매체에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a vertical magnetic recording medium, and more particularly, to a vertical magnetic recording medium in which a Co-Cr-Ta alloy is formed in a thin film stack structure so that vertical magnetic anisotropy is significantly improved than a single layer Co-Cr recording material.
종래에는 Co-Cr 합금을 PET소재위에 1000-1500Å정도로 코팅한 수직 자기기록매체가 이용되고 있으나, 이와같이 Co-Cr이 단층으로 형성된 수직 자기기록매체는 수직방향의 자기 이방성이 작아서 히스테리시스곡선의 각형비(squareness ratio)가 4.3정도 밖에 되지 않으므로 주파수 특성 및 출력 특성이 좋지 않은 문제점이 있었다 .Conventionally, a vertical magnetic recording medium having a Co-Cr alloy coated on a PET material at about 1000-1500Å has been used. 본 고안은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 종래 자기기록매체에 사용되었던 Co-Cr 합금에 Ta를 혼합하여 Co-Cr-Ta의 다적층 구조로 형성하면서 비자성체와 자성체를 교대로 적층하여 수직자기 이방성을 향상시켜 각형비를 7.6까지 증가시킴으로써 재생시 주파수 특성 및 출력특성이 향상되도록 한 것인바, 이러한 본 고안을 첨부한 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention has been devised to solve such a conventional problem.
