Claims (2)
- 내부에서 플라즈마를 일으키는 노즐체로 질소, 수소, 헬륨, 알곤 중의 1종 또는 2종이사의 혼합기체를 주입하면서, 플라즈마 전극의 주위로 전극 형성용 소결체나 분말을 공급하여, 노즐체 내의 플라즈마에 의한 열과 압력에 의해 산화물 상태에서 소정의 금속캡상으로 분사 피복되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 전자총용 음극의 열전자 방출물질 피복방법.
- 실린더상의 노즐체 상측 내부 중심에 플라즈마 양극을 현수 설치하고, 전기한 노즐체의 출구측 내주면에 플라즈마 음극을 형성함과 아울러, 플라즈마 양극의 주위로 가스주입관이 연통되고, 플라즈마 음극의 주위로 소결체 공급관이 연통 접속됨을 특징으로 하는 전자총용 음극의 열전자 방출물질 피복장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
