Description

자전차의 핸들 잠금 장치
제1도는 본 고안의 요부를 나타낸 사시도.
제2도는 본 고안에 있어서 자전차에 설치상태를 나타낸 예시도.

1 : ㄷ형 지지부재 2 : 자물쇠뭉치
3 : 괘정봉 4 : 핸들간
5 : 핸들축
본 고안은 자전차 핸들을 간편히 고정할 수 있게한 자전차 핸들 잠금장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 자전차용 자물쇠는 자전차 바퀴의 지지살 사이에 원형형상의 괘정간 또는 자물쇠가 연설된 쇠사슬로 자전거를 잠그는 방법이다.
상기 서술된 종래의 방법은 외력으로 손쉽게 해정이 가능하고, 바퀴의 지지살이 파손되거나 휘는 경우가 흔히 발생되며, 외관상 미려함을 갖지 못하고 있다.
본 고안의 구조를 첨부된 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
공지의 자물쇠뭉치(2)가 고정설치된 ㄷ형 지지부재(1)를 자전차의 핸들간(4) 상, 하연결부에 고정설치하고 자전차 핸들이 돌려진 상태에서 괘정봉(3) 위치 선상에 핸들간(4)을 관통하여 핸들축(5)에 형성된 삽입공(5a)에 자물쇠뭉치(2)의 괘정봉(3)이 삽탈되도록 하여서 된 것이다.
미설명 부호 6은 보울트, 7은 프레임, 8은 키이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 자전차를 탑승할 수 없게할 경우에는 핸들을 돌리어 놓면 핸들간(4)을 관통하여 핸들축(5)에 형성된 삽입공(5a)이 ㄷ지지형부재(1)에 고정설치된 자물쇠뭉치(2)의 괘정봉(3)의 위치선상에 위치하게 되어 키이(8)로 괘정봉(3)을 작동시키어 핸들축(5)에 형성된 삽입공(5a)에 삽입된다.
이러한 핸들축(5)의 고정으로 인하여 핸들이 돌려진 상태에서 움직이지 않아 자전차를 앞으로 전진시키지 못하고 그 자리에서 빙빙돌기만 하게되어 자전차의 탑승을 불가능하게 한다.
본 고안의 ㄷ형지지부재(1)는 자전차의 핸들간(4) 상, 하부에 연결부가 형성되어 있어 이를 분리하여 간편히 고정설치가능하게 한다.
이상에서 설명된 바와 같이 본 고안은 사용방법이 극히 간편하고 통상의 자전차에 외형의 미관을 손상시킴없이 용이하게 고정설치할 수 있는 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 공지의 자물쇠뭉치(2)가 고정설치된 ㄷ형지지부재(1)를 자전차의 핸들간(4) 상, 하 연결부에 고정설치하고, 자전차 핸들이 돌려진 상태에서 괘정봉(3) 위치선산에 핸들간(4)를 관통하여 핸들축(5)에 형성된 삽입공(5a)에 자물쇠뭉치(2)의 괘정봉(3)이 삽탈되도록 하여서 된 자전차의 핸들 잠금장치.
