제2도는 수형에 고정된 장갑재료를 원료액중에 침지시킨 상태를 나타내는 측면도,
제3도는 손등없는 작업용 장갑의 평면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 손등없는 형태의 장갑에 고무라텍스원료액(28)을 부착하고 건조하여 형성된 고무라텍스피복층(29)(29a)과, 장갑의 손등쪽 손목부분위에 벨트형상으로 고무라텍스원료액을 부착하고 건조하여 형성된 고무라텍스피복층(30)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유제의 손등없는 작업용 장갑.
  2. 수형(11)에 섬유제장갑을 끼우는 제1공정과, 고무라텍스피복층을 형성하기 위해 수형(11)에 손등이 없는 상태로 끼워진 장갑에 고무라텍스원료액(28)을 부착하는 제2공정과, 수형(11)에 끼워진 장갑의 손등쪽 손목부분의 표면에 제2공정전후에 벨트형상으로 원료액도포기에 의해 고무라텍스원료액을 도포하는 제3공정과, 제2공정과 제3공정에서 장갑에 부착되고 도포된 고무라텍스원료액을 건조하는 제4공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 손등없는 작업용 장갑의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 원료액도포기는 적어도 수평방향으로 향하는 원료액도포 로울러(31)와, 선단이 로울러(31)위에 위치하여 로울러(31)의 주위로 전기한 원료액(28)을 방울형태로 공급할 수 있는 노즐(38)을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손등없는 작업용 장갑을 제조하는 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 로울러(31)는 양단에 전줄에 걸쳐 형성된 플랜지부분을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손등없는 작업용 장갑을 제조하는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 로울러(31)는 2개의 플랜지부분 사이의 주위에 형성된 너얼부분을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손등없는 장갑을 제조하는 장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 로울러(31)는 그것의 회전축의 수직방향으로 회전운동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 손등없는 장갑을 제조하는 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 노즐(38)은 로울러(31)와 함께 회전운동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 손등없는 장갑을 제조하는 장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 원료액도포기는 로울러(31)를 수형(10)에 끼워진 장갑에 대해 누르기 위한 편향장치를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손등없는 장갑을 제조하는 장치.
