Claims (1)
- 레이저다이오드(LD)와 광검지기(PD)로 구성된 반도체레이저(1)에 저항(R1)(R2)과 다이오드(D1), 가변저항(VR) 및 트랜지스터(Q1)로 구성된 레이저구동전류제어부(2)가 연결되는 한편 코일(L)과 콘덴서(C2) 및 다이오드(D3)로 구성된 레이저보호부(6)가 연결되고, 상기 레이저구동전류제어부(2)에는 저항(R5)(R6)과 트랜지스터(Q2)로 구성된 제어전류증폭부(3)가 연결되는 한편 저항(R3)과 다이오드(D2) 및 제너다이오드(ZD1)(ZD2)로 구성된 기준전압발생부(4)가 연결되며, 상기 제어전류증폭부(3)에는 저항(R7)(R8)과 콘덴서(C1) 및 트랜지스터(Q3)로 구성된 레이저구동부(5)가 연결되고, 상기 레이저구동부(5)에는 상기 기준전압발생부(4) 및 레이저보호부(6)가 연결되며, 공급전원(B+)이 상기 레이저구동전류제어부(2)와 제어전류증폭부(3) 및 레이저구동부(5)로 인가되고, 공급전원(B-)은 저항(R4)을 매개하여 상기 레이저구동전류제어부(2) 및 기준전압발생부(4)로 인가되도록 연결되어 주변온도에 의해 변화되는 레이저의 광출력을 자동으로 보상시켜 주도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체레이저의 광출력 자동제어장치.
