실크페딩 제조용 바인더 조성물과 이 바인더를 이용한 실크페딩 제조방법

Claims (2)

  1. 실크페딩 제조용 바인더로서 알킬아크릴 레이트계 모노머 10－60% 멜라민포르말린계 1－7% 디알킬폴리실옥산계 0.1－2%, 디알킬술포숙시 네이트염계 0.1－2%를 함유하며 물을 가하여 전량을 100%로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실크페딩 제조용 바인더.
  2. 저융점 폴리에스터사 0.1－10%, 부잠사를 제면한 원료 90－99.9%로 구성된 웹을 온도 90－150℃의 제1가열로라를 통과한후 상기 바인더를 웹이 10－500ml/㎡의 분무량으로 분무하고 120－170℃의 건열공기로 1－6분 처리한후 110－170℃의 제2가열로라를 통과하여 6－20m/min속도로 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실크페딩 제조방법.
