최종두께로 냉간압연한 전기강판을 습한 수소분위기 중에서 탈탄소둔하여 SiO2를 주성분으로하는 산화층을 강판표면에 형성시킨 후 MgO를 주성분으로 하는 소둔분리제를 강판표면에 도포하여 최종소둔을 하는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 탈탄소둔후의 강판표면 산화층의 산소량을 300ppm내지 1200ppm으로 제어하고, 이 산화함유량에 대응하여 소둔분리제인 MgO중에 첨가물로서 (a)Mn화합물, (b)Cr화합물,(c)V화합물, (d)Zr화합물 및 (e) Ti화합물로 구성된 그룹중에서 일종 또는 이종이상을 다음식에 따라서, X-2 X범위로 첨가한 소둔분리제를 통상의 방법으로 도포하고 최종소둔함을 특징으로 하는 그라스피막의 밀착성 및 자기특성이 우수한 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.The cold rolled electrical steel sheet to the final thickness was decarbonized in a wet hydrogen atmosphere to form an oxide layer containing SiO 2 as a main component on the surface of the steel sheet, and then applied to the surface of the steel sheet by applying an annealing separator mainly composed of MgO.
