Abstract
본 발명은 이동빔(Walking Beam)형 가열로를 이용하여 방향성 전기강판을 제조시 에지크랙을 저감시키기 위한 강슬라브의 가열방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.An object of the present invention is to provide a heating method of a steel slab for reducing edge cracks when manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet using a moving beam type heating furnace.
상기 목적달성을 위한 본 발명은 이동빔형 가열로를 이용하여 통상의 방향성 전기강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 가열로의 분위기를 (H2+CH4+CO+CnHn)/O2의 부피비율이 0.95~1.2가 되도록 함을 특징으로하는 에지크랙 감소를 위한 방향성 전기강판의 슬라브 가열방법에 관한 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.The present invention for achieving the above object is a method of manufacturing a conventional grain-oriented electrical steel sheet using a moving beam type heating furnace, the atmosphere of the heating furnace in the volume ratio of (H 2 + CH 4 + CO + CnHn) / O 2 The technical gist of the slab heating method for a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet for reducing edge cracks, characterized in that the 0.95 ~ 1.2.
