Claims (8)

  1. 식(Ⅰ)의 반복단위 :
    [-Ar1-CR1=CR2-CO-NR3-R4-NR3-CO-CR2=CR1-] (Ⅰ)
    (여기서, Ar1은 2가의 방향족기이고, R1, R2및 R3의 각각을 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 1가의 방향족 또는 지방족기이며, R4은 2가의 방향족 또는 지방족기이다)로 이루어지고, 30℃의 N, N-디메틸아세트아미드중의 0.5g/dl농도에서 0.1-5.0dl/g의 환원점도(nsp/c)를 가지며, 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시된 비스-알켄산아미드 :
    CHR1=CR2-CO-NR3-R4-NR3-CO-CR2-CHR1(Ⅱ)
    (여기서, R1, R2및 R3의 각각은 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 1가의 방향족 또는 지방족기이고, R4는 2가의 방향족 또는 지방족기이다)를 만들어 일반식(Ⅲ)로 표시된 방향족 디할라이드 :
    X-Ar1-X (Ⅲ)
    (여기서, Ar1은 2가의 방향족기이고, X는 할로겐원자이다)와 팔라듐촉매 및 염기의 존재하, 유기용매중에서 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 주쇄중에 이중결합을 갖는 폴리아미드 수지의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 팔라듐 촉매는 비스-알켄산 아미드 및 방향족 디할라이드에 대해 0.01-10% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 50-250℃의 온도 범위에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 방향족디할라이드는 방향족 디할라이드, 즉 m-디브로모벤젠, p-디브로모벤젠, 3,3'-디브로모디페닐메탄, 3,4'-디브로모디페닐메탄, 4,4'-디브로모디페닐메탄, 3,4'-디브로모디페닐에테르, 4,4'-디브로모디페닐에티르, 2,5-디브로모테오펜, 2,5-비스(4-브로모페닐)-3,4-디페닐티오펜으로 구성된 둔에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유기용매는 비양자성 용매, 즉 N,N-디메틸포름아미드, N,N-디메틸아세트아미드, 디메틸 설폭사이드, 피리딘으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 팔라듐촉매는 초산 팔라듐, 염화팔라듐, 디클로로-비스(트리페닐포스핀)팔라듐, 테트라키스(트리페닐 포스핀)팔라듐, 및 디클로로비스(벤조니트릴)팔라듐으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기는 3차아민, 즉 1,4-디아자비시클로[2,2,2]옥탄, 4-디메틸아미노피리딘, 1,8-디아자비시클로[5,4,0]운덴센-7로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기는 방향족 디할라이드에 대해 2-5당량 범위의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
