제1도는 본 발명에 따른 클링커의 냉각방법을 수행하는 클링커 냉각장치의 개략적인 단면도.
제2도는 상기 클링커 냉각장치의 평면도.
제3도는 다른 일 구현예의 부분 평면도.
제4도는 또 다른 일 구현예의 부분 단면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 킬른에서 소결된 클링커를 유동 혼합 및 냉각대에서 혼합한 후, 상기 클링커를 다음에 배치된 그레이트 냉각대로 이송함으로써 냉각시키는 단게를 구성하는 클링커의 냉각방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유동 혼합 및 냉각대의 허드가 고정되어 있고 상기 허드와 연결된 냉각실로부터 냉각공기가 유입되는 클링커의 냉각방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉각공기의 일부가 유동 냉각대의 측벽으로부터 유입되는 클링커의 냉각방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 냉각공기의 일부가 유동 냉각대의 허드로부터 유입되는 클링커의 냉각방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 유동 혼합 및 냉각대에서 클링커 층이 진동하는 클링커의 냉각방법.
  6. 킬른의 하류측에 구비된 유동 혼합 및 냉각대를 구성하는, 킬른에서 소결된 클링커를 냉각시키기 위한 그레이트형 냉각장치내의 클링커의 냉각장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 스테션너리 허드가 유동 혼합 및 냉각대에 구비되고, 상기 허드가 냉각공기 공급용 냉각실과 통하는 클링커의 냉각장치.
  8. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 냉각공기의 일부를 공급하기 위한 최소한 하나의 공기유입구가 유동 혼합 및 냉각대의 측벽에 구비되는 클링커의 냉각장치.
  9. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 냉각공기의 일부를 공급하기 위한 공기유입구가 유동 혼합 및 냉각대의 허드에 구비되는 클링커의 냉각장치.
  10. 제6항 내지 제9항에 있어서, 클링커 층을 진동시키는 수단이 유동 혼합 및 냉각대에 구비되는 클링커의 냉각장치.
