Claims (3)

  1. 쿠션 충전재 원료를 소정의 풀림도로 개봉하기 위한 수단(2,3)한개의 쿠션에 대한 일정량의 충전재를 투입하기위해 상기 개봉된 충전재를 이송하기위한 수단(4), 상기 계량장치(7)다음에 배치된 쿠션 백 충전장치(8), 및 상기 계량장치(7)로부터 충전장치(8)의 쿠션 백으로 일정량의 충전재를 이송하기 위한 흡인을 발생하기 위해 상기 충전장치(8)뒤에 배치된 송풍장치(9)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 쿠션제조기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사이클론(5)이 상기 계량장치(7)앞에 배치되어 계량장치에 대해 적어도 순수한 충전재를 분리하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 큐션제조기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 계량장치가 마이크로 프로세서에 의해 제어되도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 쿠션제조기.
