Claims (11)

  1. 전기 모우터의 전기자용의 예비 조립된 정류자에 있어서, 정류자 베이스(10,10')와, 복수개의 정류자편(12,12')과, 정류자 베이스에 정류자편을 부착하는 수단(18,20,22,24)과로 구성되고, 각 정류자편을 전기자 코일의 한 연결부분(66)을 수용하기 위해 한끝이 열려있고, 사용시 전기자 코일에 정류자편을 전기적으로 연결시키기 위해 상기 연결부분을 양측에서 물어 잡도록 배열된 슬로트(28,28')가 마련된 터미널(14,14')을 가지는 전기모우터의 정류자.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 정류자 베이스(10)는 복수개의 반경방향 바깥쪽으로 돌출된 이어(16)를 가지며, 이어는 정류자 베이스의 둘레에서 떨어져 놓여지며, 터미널(14)은 각각 인접한 이어쌍 사이에 놓여지는 정류자.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 정류자 베이스(10)에 정류자편(12)을 부착하는 상기 수단이 터미널에서 떨어진 각각의 정류자편의 끝에서 그리고 정류자 베이스 위에 있는 상보적인 맞물리 수단(18,20,24)으로 이루어지는 정류자.
  4. 제 1 항 내 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정류자는 배럴타입이고, 정류자 베이스(10)에 정류자편(12)을 부착하는 상기 수단이 정류자편을 단단하게 둘러쌓는 링(22)으로 이루어지는 정류자.
  5. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, B있어서, 정류자편(12)이 정류자 베수단이 정류자편을 단단하게 둘러쌓는 링(22)으로 이루어지는 정류자.
  6. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 정류자편(12)이 정류자 배쟌F 있어서, 각각의 터미널(14,14')이 연결부와 터미널사이의 전기 접속을 이루기 위해 슬로트(28,28')내로 연결부분을 끌어들일때 그 연결부분의 절연물을 절단하기 위한 2개의 절단날(44)을 가지는 정류자.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 터미널(14,14')이 각각 상기 슬로트를 가지는 적어도 2개의 평행아암(32,32')을 가지는 정류자.
  8. 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 터미널(14,14')이 전기자 위에 마련된 각각의 하우징(50,50,')내에 상기 터미널을 보유시키기 위한 걸림턱(30)을 가지는 정류자.
  9. 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정류자 베이스(10)가 열경화성 플라스틱 물질로된 정류자.
  10. 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정류자 베이스(10)가 금속산화물 절연층을 가진 금속으로된 정류자.
  11. 터미널 지지대(48,48')와 협력하는 제 1 항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항의 예비조립된 정류자로서, 터미널지지대가 전기자축위에 부착되고 정류자편의 터미널을 수용하기 위한 복수개의 하우징(50,50')을 가지는 예비조립된 정류자.
