Claims (1)

  1. 투광성 압전세라믹스 조성물에 있어서, PZT조성물의 납(Pb)위치에 네오디뮴(Nd)을 치환시켜서 된 다음의 일반식으로 조성되는 것을 특징으로하는 투광성 압전세라믹스 조성물.
    Pb1.03-XNdX(Zr1-yTiy)1-X/4O3
    여기서, x와 y는 원소의 원자수이며, x=0.35 내지 0.45 y=0.02 내지 0.12이다.
