Claims (1)

  1. 합성가스계 통로의 후단에 산소 센서를 구비하며, 그 합성가스계 통로에 공급되는 합성가스에 기준해서 상기 산소 센서의 평가시험을 행하는 산소 센서 시험장치이고, 이산화유황가스가 공급되는 이산화유황가스 통로를 상기 합성가스계 통로의 전단에 연통하며 이산화유황을 포함하는 합성가스에 기준한 상기 산소 센서의 평가 시험을 행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 산소 센서 시험장치.
