Claims (8)

  1. 별도로 제조된 펄스 성분(A) 및 (B)의 친밀한 습윤-레이드(laid) 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 임의의 적절한 습윤 강도 및 개선된 유연 성질(wicking property)을 갖는 라텍스-처리된 흡수 구조물(여기에서, 상기 펄스 성분(A)는 상기 구조물의 10중량% 내지 50중량%인 라텍스-처리된 섬유 펄프를 포함하고; 상기 펄스 성분(B)는 상기 구조물의 50중량% 내지 90중량%인 유연 섬유 펄프를 포함한다).
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 펄프(A)를 제조하는데 사용되는 라텍스가, 라텍스 입자가 0.1 내지 2.5㎛ 크기 범위에 있는 라텍스 에멀젼인 구조물.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 펄프(A)를 제조하는데 사용되는 라텍스가 표면-친수성 라텍스 입자를 포함하는 구조물.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 라텍스 입자가 양이온 친수성 치환체, 비이온성 친수성 치환체, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 외부 표면을 갖는 구조물.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 일회용 고급 화장지, 일회용 종이 타월, 부직포, 일회용 기저귀 상부 시이트, 기저귀 코어 싸개등의 형태인 구조물.
  6. (ⅰ) 섬유 펄프와 라텍스 에멀젼을 혼합하여 라텍스-처리된 섬유(A)를 만들고; (ⅱ) 별도로 유연 섬유 펄프(B)를 제조하고; (ⅲ) 수성 매질에서 펄프(A)와 펄프(B)를 혼합하여 혼합재료(C)를 제조하고; 및 (ⅳ) 상기 혼합재료(C)를 습윤-레잉(laying)시키고 상기 재료를 건조시켜 흡수구조물을 제조함을 포함하는, 흡수 구조물의 제조방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 라텍스-처리된 펄프(A)를 펄프(B)와 혼합하기에 앞서 건조시킴으로써 상기 라텍스를 펄프(A)의 섬유에 견고하게 부착시키는 방법.
  8. 제 6 항에 있어서, 라텍스 에멀젼중의 라텍스 입자가, 건조 단계없이 펄프(A)의 섬유에 자가-부착(self-adhere)하는 양이온 친수성 치환체를 포함하는 외부 표면을 갖는 방법.
