투명한 유리의 일측 표면을 샌딩(sanding)하거나 또는 글루칩(glue chip)하여 1차 가공한 다음에 이 유리를 물과 불산의 비율이 50 : 50인 혼합물에 2시간 정도 침전시켰다가 물로 깨끗이 세척한 후 200℃의 전기로에서 건조시키는 공정을 거치고 나서, 상기 공정을 거친 유리의 타측 표면에는 준비된 도안의 그림과 색도에 맞추어 제작된 실크 제판에 따라서 고온용안료와 스퀴지 오일 및 용제의 배합비율이 90:9:1로 혼합된 안료를 실크스크린하여 완전히 건조시키는 공정을 거치고, 상기 공정을 거친 유리제품을 1차 소성을 위하여 컨베어로 이동 가능한 터널식 전기로에서 600℃-650℃의 온도로 45분-60분 동안 가열시켜서 소부시킨 다음에 서서히 냉각시키는 공정을 거친 후에, 다시 2차 소성에 들어갈 저온용 안료와 스퀴지 오일 및 용제의 배합비율이 90 : 9 : 1로 혼합된 안료를 실크스크린 하여 완전히 건조시키는 공정을 거치고 나서, 상기한 터널식 전기로-에서 2차 소성을 위하여 다시 580℃-630℃의 온도로 45분-60분간 소부한 다음에 서서히 냉각시키는 공정을 거쳐서 제조되는 것을 특징으로하는 스테인드 글래스 제작용 유리의 제조방법.After primary processing by sanding or glue chiping one surface of the transparent glass, the glass was precipitated in a mixture of water and hydrofluoric acid in a ratio of 50:50 for 2 hours and washed thoroughly with water.
