제 1 도는, 본 발명에 관한 자동조리개기능을 가진 고체촬상장치의 일실시예를 도시한 블록도. 제 2 도는, 그 감도설정동작을 설명하기 위한 화면 구성도. 제 3 도는, 본 발명에 사용되는 고체촬상소자의 일실시예를 도시한 요부회로도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 2차원 형상으로 배열된 복수개의 화소셀의 신호를 시계열적으로 출력시키는 제 1 의 주사회로와, 상기 제 1 의 주사회로에 있어서의 수직주사동작과는 독립적으로 수직주사동작을 행하는 제 2 의 주사회로를 포함하는 고체촬상소자와, 상기 고체촬상소자의 읽어내기신호와 설정해야할 신호레벨에 대응한 기준신호와 비교해서 양자가 대략 일치하도록 상기 제 2 주사회로의 동작개시타이밍을 제어하는 감도 설정회로를 구비하고, 상기 고체촬상소자의 설정되는 감도가 높아지는데 대응해서 단위감도변화량을 크게한 것을 특징으로 하는 고체촬상장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위감도변화량은, 감도가 낮은 영역에서는 1 수평주사기간을, 감도가 중간의 영역에서는 상기 1 수평주사기간의 배수의 수평주사기간율, 감도가 높은 영역에서는 또 그 2 배의 수평주사시간과 같이 3단계가 되도록 설정되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 고체촬상장치.
