제2도는 본 발명에서 사용된 연결 확인 부재의 일 실시예의 수직 단면도.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 커넥터용 홀더의 일 실시예에 대한 개략도.

Claims (9)

  1. 상부에 있는 호스연결부의 유통로와 유통된 단차가 있는 소직경의 챔버와 이 챔버의 뒤에 배치되는 역시 단차가 있는 확대 직경의 설비용 챔버를 내부에 갖는 축방향 코어를 구비하는 조인트 몸체와, 상기 소직경 챔버의 내부에 설치된 밀봉 부재와, 이 밀봉부재의 후위에 위치하는 부싱부재와, 파이프의 확고한 연결이 완료되었을 때 파이프의 링형 팽창부의 후위측과 결합하는 갈퀴를 갖는 홀더를 구비하는 파이프 연결용 커넥터에 있어서, 상기 홀더에 의해 제지되고, 상기 파이프의 링형 팽창부위에 힘을 가할 수 있는 적어도 하나 이상의 갈퀴를 갖는 연결 확인부재를 구비하고, 상기 확인부재는 파이프가 확실히 연결된 다음 홀더와의 결합상태에서 해제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연결 확인부재는 얇고 약간 구부러진 평면부재와 이 평면 부재의 일단에서 돌출한 하나의 다리로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 연결 확인부재는 핸들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연결 확인부재는 서로 맞닿게 설치되는 한쌍의 갈퀴체와 이 갈퀴체를 연결시키는 링형 부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 링형 부재의 일부에 노치가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 링형 부재는 그 내주면에 파이프의 외주면과 접촉할 수 있도록 두께가 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 홀더는 관형 부재이며, 상기 연결 확인부재의 갈퀴 유니트는 예각의 제 1 경사면, 상부 그리고 둔각의 제 2 경사면으로 이루어지고, 상기 제 2 경사면에는 반경 방향으로 홈이 형성되어 관형 부재와 결합될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 홀더는 그 외주부에 노치형 홈이 형성된 관형 부재를 구비하고, 상기 연결 확인부재의 갈퀴 유니트는 예각의 제 1 경사면, 그리고 둔각의 제 2 경사면을 구비하고, 상기 제 2 경사면에는 상기 노치형홈과 결합할 수 있도록 원주방향으로 한쌍의 정지홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 부재들 사이에 스페이서가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
