Description

재 밀폐 가능한 합성물질 용기
제1도는 풀 오픈(pull open) 뚜껑이 열려있는 본 발명에 따른 용기의 투시도.
제2도는 뚜껑을 제외한 상부 림(Rim)의 평면도.
제3도는 제2도의 B-B선 단면도.
제4도는 풀 오픈 뚜껑이 없는 본 발명에 따른 용기의 투시도.
제5도는 뚜껑이 있는 제2도의 B-B선 단면도로서, 용기가 열린 상태와 닫힌 상태를 나타낸것.

Claims (10)

  1. 풀오픈 뚜껑을 가진 합성물질의 재밀폐 가능한 용기로서, 더 구체적으로는 연유(condensed milk) 혹은 커피 크리머 용의 것으로, 바닥, 측벽 그리고 충전과 풀오픈 뚜껑을 열기 위한 상부 림(Rim)으로 구성되며, 대체로 원통형이나 잘린 원추형상을 하고 측벽상에 홀딩(Holding)부와 액체의 주입 주둥이로 구성되는 용기에 있어서, 상부림에서 주입주둥이 모서리의 윤곽을 따라 V절취부 형상을 하고 있으며 용기를 개폐할 수 있는 위치에 배치되도록 설계된 개방손잡이로 구성되고, 뚜껑이 상부 림의 전체 원주를 따라 그 상부림에 특히 주입주둥이 영역내의 그 모서리 윤곽 양쪽 측면상에 용착되는 것을 특징으로하는 재밀폐 가능한 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어, 주입주둥이 영역내의 개방손잡이 아래에 주입주둥이의 모서리를 따라 약 5 내지 40mm정도 펼쳐진 보강영역이 있는 것을 특징으로하는 재밀폐 가능한 용기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어, 개방손잡이가 상부림에서 비스듬하게 절단되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 재밀폐 가능한 용기.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어, 개방손잡이의 절단이 림 아래에서 그 외측을 향한 노치가 있는 양측 상에서 끝나는 것을 특징으로하는 재밀폐 가능한 용기.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어, 뚜껑이 주입주둥이, 모서리 윤곽의 양측면상의 용착된 영역들 사이에서 개방손잡이에 용착되지 아니하는 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 재밀폐 가능한 용기.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어, 주입 주둥이의 벽들이 60°내지 95°의 각도를 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 재밀폐 가능한 용기.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리스틸렌, 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드, EVOH, 그리고 폴리비닐클로라이드에서 선택된 재질로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로하는 재밀폐가능한 용기.
  8. 제7항에 있어, 단일층 흑은 다수층인 것을 특징으로하는 재밀폐 가능한 용기.
  9. 제1항 내지 제9항에 있어, 열성형(thermoform-ing) 또는 사출성형으로 제작되는 것을 특징으로하는 재밀폐 가능한 용기.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 이느 한 항에 있어, 풀오픈 뚜껑이 체크무늬(checkered)인 것을 특징으로하는 재밀폐 가능한 용기.
