Claims (9)
- 섬유상 물질을 금속화를 위한 통상의 화학적 처리를 하기 전에, 섬유상 물질에 접착시킬 수 있고 화학적 금속 처리에 내성을 가지며 금속 코오팅을 수용할 수 있는 것으로 폴리(비닐알콜)과는 다른 중합체의 연속적 필름으로 균일하게 코오팅함을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 물질의 화학적 방식에 의한 금속화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체를 수성 분산제, 또는 유기 용매의 용액 또는 분산제로서 중합체의 섬유상 물질상에 적용시켜 필름을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 중합체를 수성 분산제로서 섬유상 물질상에 적용시킨 다음 연속하여 0℃ 내지 70℃, 바람직하게는 50℃ 내지 70℃ 범위 이내의 온도에서 분산 매질을 제거시켜 필름을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 중합체의 수성, 또는 수-희석된 분산제를 완전-배스 함침, 접선-로울 함침, 분무 또는 살포에 의해 섬유상 물질상에 적용시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체가 -OH, -COOH, -CN, NH2, 또는 -CONH2타입의 작용기가 있거나 또는 없는 단일 중합화 또는 공중합화된 비닐 아세테이트, 비닐 프로피오네이트, 스티렌, α-메틸-스티렌, 아크릴로나트릴, (C1∼C8)-알킬 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트, 부타디엔으로서 공중합화된 것을 가능하게는 메틸롤화 또는 메톡실화될 수 있는, 단일 중합 또는 공중합화된 것을 기본으로 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체가 천연 폴리우레탄의 수-분산 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유상 물질이 천연, 인공 또는 합성 유기 섬유로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유상 물질이 셀룰로우즈 섬유, 폴리아크릴 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 폴리아미드 섬유, 폴리올레핀 섬유로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유상 물질이 무기 탄소 섬유, 유리섬유 또는 석면 섬유로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
