Claims (8)

  1. (A) m-아르아미드 중합체 물질을 함유하고 350℃의 온도에서 130㎎/데니어 또는 그 이하의 열 수축응력을 갖는 스테이플 섬유 80 내지 97중량부, 및 (B) p-아르아미드 공중합체 물질을 함유하고 m-아르아미드 스테이플 섬유 (A)보다 높은 내연성을 가지며 m-아르아미드 스테이플 섬유(A)와 균일하게 배합된 스테이플 섬유 3 내지 20중량부를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 내연성 스테이플 섬유 배합물.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, m-아르아미드 스테이플 섬유(A)가 하기 일반식의 반복 단위를 85 내지 100몰% 함유하고, 농황산으로 구성된 용매 중에서 0.5g/100ml의농도 및 30℃의 온도로 측정된 고유 점도가 0.8 내지 4.0인 m-아르아미드 중합체를 함유하는 섬유 배합물.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, m-아르아미드 스테이플 섬유(A)가 폴리-m-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드 중합체와, (a) 방향족 디카르복실산으로 구성된 산 성분, 및 크실렌디아민 35 내지 100몰%와 크실렌디아민과는 다른 방향족 디아민 0 내지 65몰%로 구성된 아민 성분을 함유하는 방향족 폴리 아미드, (b) 방향족 디카르복실산으로 구성된 산 성분, 및 탄소 원자수 1 내지 4를 갖는 알킬 라디칼로 구성된 하나 이상의 치환기를 갖는 치환된 페닐렌 디아민 40 내지 100몰%와 알킬-치환 페닐렌디아민과는 다른 방향족 디아민 0 내지 60몰%로 구성된 아민 성분을 함유하는 방향족 폴리아미드, 및 (c) 방향족 디카르복실산으로 구성된 산 성분, 및 할로겐 원자로 구성된 각각 1내지 4개의 치환기를 갖는 치환된 페닐렌디아민 40 내지 100몰%와 할로겐-치환페닐렌 디아민과는 다른 방향족 디아민 0 내지 60몰%로 구성된 아민 성분을 함유하는 방향족 폴리아미드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 추가의 아르아미드 중합체의 혼합물로부터 선택된 m-아르아미드 중합체 물질을 함유하는 섬유 배합물.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, p-아르아미드 공중합체 스테이플 섬유(B)가 일반식-NH-Ar1-NH의 반복 단위 두 종류이상과 일반식 -CO-Ar2-CO-의 반복 단위 한 종류 이상을 함유하는 것으로서, Ar1및 Ar2가 각각 하기 식의 기들로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 섬유 배합물.

  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, p-아르아미드 공중합체가 코폴리-p-페닐렌/3.4′-옥시디페닐렌 테레프탈아미드인 섬유 배합물.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, (C) 용융되지 않고 스테이플 섬유(A) 및 (B)와 균일하게 배합된 추가의 스테이플 섬유 240중량부 또는 그 이하를 함유하는 섬유 배합물.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 추가의 스테이플 섬유(C)가 25 내지 125 중량부인 섬유 배합물.
  8. 제 6 항에 있어서, 추가의 스테이플 섬유(C)가 난연성의 면 섬유, 울 섬유 및 재생 셀룰로우즈 섬유로부터 선택된 섬유 배합물.
