본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 500℃(773K)에서 흑체(태양광선중)를 기준으로한 고효율 적외선 방사체와의 분광적외선 발산도를 도시한 비교곡선도,
제2도는 원적외선 방사율 대비도로서, (가)는 고효율 적외선 방사체에서의 원적외선 방사율 분포도, (나)는 본 발명의 원적외선 방사율 분포도.

Claims (2)

  1. MnO260wt%, FeO220wt%, CuO 10wt%, CoO 10wt%의 혼합비를 갖는 1차 원료와 Al20360wt%, ZrO220wt%, TiO220wt%의 혼합비를 갖는 2차원료와 SiC 50wt%, Si2N450wt%의 혼합비를 갖는 3차원료를 맥반석 50wt%, 1차원료 30wt% 2차원료 10wt%, 3차원료 10wt%의 조성비를 갖는 고효율 원적외선 발산체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 1차원료를 1150℃로 가소처리하여 준비하고 2,3차원료를 혼합준비하여 맥반식 50wt%와 1차원료 30wt%, 2차원료 10wt% 3차원료 10wt%의 혼합비율로 배합한후 1180℃의 온도에서 소결하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 고효율 원적외선 발산체 및 그 제조방법.
