Claims (8)

  1. 기록 매체위에 구성된 복수의 트랙중 각각의 트랙에 주 데이타와 보조데이타를 보유하고 있는 디지탈 신호를 기록하기 위한 장치에서, 선정된 번호의 트랙은 하나의 그룹을 형성하며, 복수의 그룹은 상기의 매체위에 기록되며, 상기의 장치가 ; 각각의 트랙에 주데이타를 기록하기 위한 주지역과 보조데이타를 기록하기 위한 보조지역을 구성하기 위한 수단을 포함하고 ; 상기의 보조지역에 주어진 그룹의 주지역에 기록된 주데이타가 인접한 그룹의 주 지역에 기록된 주데이타와 같은지의 여부를 나타내는 식별신호를 기록하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 신호 기록장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 식별신호는 상기의 식별신호를 가지고 있는 상기의 주어진 그룹의 주지역에 기록된 주 데이타가 선행의 인접그룹의 주지역에 기록된 주데이타가 선행의 인접그룹의 주지역에 기록된 주데이타와 같은지의 여부를 나타내는 제 1 식별 신호와 상기의 식별신호를 가지고 있는 주어진 그룹의 주지역에 기록된 주데이타가 후속의 인접그룹의 주지역에 기록된 주데이타와 같은지의 여부를 나타내는 제 2 식별신호로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 레코더.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 기록장치가 디지탈 오디오 테이프레코더(DAT)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 레코더.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 기록장치가 또한 기록모드에서 상기의 식별신호를 검출함으로써 상기의 주지역에 기록된 상기 주 데이타의 각각의 그룹에 다중 기록의 분배를 검출하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 레코더.
  5. 기록 매체위에 구성된 복수의 트랙중에서 각각의 트랙에 주데이타와 보조데이타를 보유하고 있는 디지탈 신호기록 방법에 있어서, 선정된 번호의 트랙은 하나의 그룹을 형성하고, 복수의 그룹은 상기의 매체 위에 기록되며, 상기의 방법은 ;각각의 트랙에 주데이타를 기록하기 위한 주지역과, 보조데이타를 기록하기 위한 보조지역을 구성하는 단계와 ; 상기의 보조지역에 주어진 그룹의 주지역에 기록된 주데이타가 인접한 그룹의 주지역에 기록된 주데이타와 같은지의 여부를 나타내는 식별신호를 기록하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈신호 기록방법.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 식별신호는 상기의 식별신호를 가지고 있는 상기의 주어진 그룹의 주지역에 기록된 주데이타가 선행의 인접그룹의 주지역에 기록된 주데이타와 같은지의 여부를 나타내는 제 1 식별신호와, 상기의 식별신호를 가지고 있는 주어진 그룹의 주지역에 기록된 주데이타가 후속의 인접그룹의 주지역에 기록된 주데이타와 같은지의 여부를 나타내는 제 2 식별 신호로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록방법.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 기록단계가 디지탈 오디오 테이프 레코더(DAT)를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록방법.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 기록단계가 기록모드에서 상기의 식별신호를 검출함으로써 상기의 주지역에 기록된 상기의 주데이타의 각각의 그룹에 다중기록의 분배를 검출하는 단계도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록방법.
