레코더용 헤드휠장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명에 의한 헤드휠장치의 단면도.
제 2 도는 스핀들과 너트로 스트로크운동을 수행하는 단일 구동부의 단면도.
제 3 도는 제 1 도와 제 2 도에 사용된 판스프링의 제작 예시도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 축(A)를 따라 주기적인 스트로크운동을 하는 스핀들(6)과 너트(11)를 갖춘 축방향 구동부에 의해 이동될수 있는 축(A) 둘레로 회전하는 헤드휠(8)을 갖춘 레코더용 헤드휠장치에 있어서, 상기 너트(11)는 2개의 별도로 된 분할너트(11a,11b)로 분할되며, 상기 분할너트(11a,11b)는 서로에 대해서는 트위스트될수 없으나 축(A)의 방향으로 서로에 대해 편의(distortion)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레코더용 혜드휠장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분할너트중 하나(11b)가 축방향으로는 운동할수 없고 반경방향으로는 플렉시블하게 스핀들 축을 지지하는 베어링부(9)와 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분할너트(11a,11b)의 편의가 스프링 또는 상호 반발하는 자석에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 분할너트(11b)가 축방향으로 판스프링(41)을 통해 베어링부(9)와 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 판스프링(41a)이 축상의 반경방향으로 압력을 작용하도록 굽혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 판스프링(41,41a)이 구동부의 한정된 기본 마찰이 얻어지도록 형상화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
