Claims (12)
- 두개의 다른 부하 전압 즉, 얇은 막 가열 저항체를 갖고 있는 가열 글레이징의 작동을 위한 통상의 자동차 공급 시스템 dc전압과 그보다 큰 dc전압을 갖고 있는 모터 자동차를 위해 발전기 및 전압 제어기를 포함하는 전원 회로에서, 발전기(1; 33; 41)은 최소한 가열 글레이징(7; 30)의 동작을 위해 요구되는 전압에 대응하는 고전압을 위해 설계되어 있고, 발전기(1; 33; 41)에 의해 공급된 전압은 가열 글레이징(7; 30)이 스위치 오프될때 고전압으로 부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 자동차용 전원회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발전기⑴에 의해 공급된 전압은 가열 글레이징⑺이 스위치 온될때 스위치 가능한 제어기⑵에 의해 고전압에 조정되고, 자동차 공급 시스템 전압은 전압 변환기⑹의 도움으로 고전압으로 부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 자동차용 전원회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 시한 통과흐름 변환기⑹는 전압 변환기⑹로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 자동차용 전원회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 변환푸쉬-풀 변환기(6")는 전압 변환기⑹로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 자동차용 전원회로.
- 제3또는 4항에 있어서, 변환기(6, 6")의 펄스 주파수는 발전기의 가장 높은 정류자 리플 주파수 보다 적어도 5배 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 자동차용 전원회로.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 가열 글레이징(30)은 가열 글레이증(30)이 스위치 온되어 발전기(30)에 의해 공급된 고전압으로 부터의 자동차 공급 시스템 전압의 다른 부하(31)와 직렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 자동차용 전원회로.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전압 제어기(34)의 입력(37)은 자동차 공급 시스템에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 자동차용 전원회로.
- 제1내지 7항 중 임의 항에 있어서, 가열 글레이징의 과가열을 방지하기 위하여 가열 글레이징에 의해 온-타임은 타임 제한회로(46)에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 자동차용 전원회로.
- 제8항에 있어서, 시간 제한회로(46)은 창 스크린 근처에 있는 자동차의 온도를 측정하는 온도 센서에 의해 제어되고, 0℃에서 약 5분의 가열 글레이징의 온-타임은 약 25℃에서는 약 1분에 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 자동차용 전원회로.
- 제1 내지 9항 중 임의 한 항에 있어서, 전압 제한회로(46)는 가열 시스템에 고장이 생긴 경우에 초과적인 고전압을 방지하기 위하여 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 자동차용 전원회로.
- 제10항에 있어서,발전기 출력 전압은 제어기(40)에 피드백되어 제한되며,예로 80v 이상의 초과적인고전압이 발생될때 제어기(4)는 가열 동작을 차단하여 정상 동작 상태에 스위치하는 것을 틀징으로 하는 모터 자동차용 전원회로.
- 제1 내지 11항중 임의 한 항에 있어서, 전류 제한 스위치(44)는 가열 글레이징이 스위치 온 및 오프되는 동안 발전기 전압을 일시적으로 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 자동차용 전원회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
