Claims (11)
- 응집 면역 검정 반응을 행하기 위한 응집 반응 장치에 있어서, 친수성 제1표면과 평행 제2표면을 구비하고 있고 ; 상기 제1표면은 제1표면과 제2표면이 서로 접촉하게 될때 모세관 작용에 의해 유체를 도입하는 응집 반응 챔버가 형성되도록 채널들을 갖고 있고 ; 상기 응집 반응 챔버는 검정을 행하기 위해 채널들을 분산된 일정량의 시약과 유체 흐름 조절 수단을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 응집 반응 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 흐름 조절 수단은 채널들의 전체폭을 가로질러 그리고 적어도 채널 길이의 일부를 연장하는, 채널들에 형성된, 릿지들인 것을 특징으로 하는 응집 반응 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 흐름 조절 수단은 채널 부분에 건조된 수용성 물질을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 응집 반응 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 물질은 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리비닐 알코올, 젤라틴 또는 소 혈청 알부민인 것을 특징으로 하는 응집 반응 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 챔버의 길이는 약 10 내지 75mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 응집반응 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널들은 깊이가 약 0.01 내지 5.0mm인 것을 특징으로하는 응집 반응 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널들은 폭이 약 0.1 내지 10.0mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 응집 반응 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시약은 건조된 반점들 또는 스트립들로 존재하는 것을 특징으로하는 응집 반응 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시약은 덱스트란 및 수크로오스 용액 또는 수크로오스의 비이온 합성 용액에 미립자로 존재하는 것을 특징으로하는 응집 반응 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시약은 수용성 중합체로 현탁되는 것을 특징으로 하는 응집 반응 장치.
