제 1 도는 본 발명에 의한, 가이드홈을 지니지 않는 립 팩킹(lip packing)을 도시한 단면도,
제 2 도는 본 발명에 의한, 가이드홈을 지니는 립 팩킹을 도시한 단면도,
제 3 도는 본 발명에 의한 서로 축방향으로 배치된 2개의 립 팩킹을 지니는 팩킹 구조를 도시한 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 탄성재로되고, 샤프트 둘레를 감싸는 팩킹 내측주변부에서 상기 팩킹에 압접하는 환상의 립 팩킹(lip packing)을 지니며, 상기 팩킹 내측 주변부로 밀폐해야할 액체로 향하고 원추형상의 환상의 돌출부가 뻗어 있으며, 운전상태에서 상기 돌출부가 샤프트와 각도를 이루며 기체상 매체, 특히 대기에 대하여 액체상 매체를 밀폐하기 위한 샤프트의 팩킹에 있어서, 상기 액체상 매체가 낮은 점성을 지니고, 상기 액체상 매체가 기체상 매체 보다도 큰 압력을 지니는 경우에 있어서 상기 돌출부의 샤프트와 이루는 각도가 기껏해야 12°이고, 상기 각도가 작게됨에 상기 액체상 매체의 점도가 작게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샤프트 팩킹.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 원추형상의 환상 돌출부의 표면에 수력학적으로 작용하는 가이드홈이 형성되고, 상기 가이드는 액체상 매체를 고압의 매체로부터 저압의 매체로 되게하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샤프트 팩킹.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드홈이 팩킹 내측 주변부로 향하여 절단된 나사산으로 형성되고, 상기 가이드홈은 환상 돌출부의 둘레를 적어도 하나의 피치로 둘러싸도록 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 샤프트 팩킹.
