Claims (5)
- 금속브라시와 순금속 또는 합금으로 되는 금속블록을 마찰접촉시켜서 이 금속 브라시에 의해서 금속블록의 금속의 미소부분을 박리시키는 동시에 상기 금속브라시를 피도금재료와 마찰접촉시켜서 박리된 금속블록의 금속을 금속브라시를 거쳐서 피도금재료 표변에 기계적으로 도금시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 도금방법.
- 금속브라시와 순금속 또는 합금으로 되는 금속블록을 마찰접촉시켜서 금속브라시에 의해서 금속블록의 금속의 미소부분을 박리시킴과 더불어 상기 금속브라시를 피도금재료와 마찰접촉시켜서 박리된 금속블록의 금속을 금속브라시를 거쳐서 피도금 재료표면에 기계적으로 도금을 행하는 기계적 도금을 행하는 방법에 있어서, 숫돌 또는 절삭공구로 상기 금속브라시 표면에 부착된 도금층이 되지 못했던 금속소편을 제거하면서 도금을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 도금방법.
- 금속브라시와 순금속 또는 합금으로 되는 금속블록을 마찰접촉시켜서 금속브라시에 의해서 금속블록의 금속의 미소부분을 박리시킴과 더불어 상기 금속브라시를 피도금재료와 마찰접촉시켜서 박리된 금속블록의 금속을 금속브라시를 거쳐서 피도금재료 표면에 기계적으로 도금을 행하는 기계적인 도금방법에 있어서, 상기 금속블록을 이동시켜 금속브라시에 접촉시키는 금속블록의 표면을 상시 새로운 금속면으로 하여 연속적으로 도금을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 도금방법.
- 금속브라시와 순금속 또는 합금으로 되는 금속블록을 마찰접촉시켜서 금속브라시에 의해서 금속블록의 금속의 미소부분을 박리시킴과 더불어 상기 금속브라시를 피도금재료와 마찰접촉시켜서 박리된 금속블록의 금속을 금속브라시를 거쳐서 피도금재료 표면에 기계적으로 도금을 행하는 기계적 도금방법에 있어서, 금속브라시와 접촉시킨 후의 상기 금속블록 표면에 생성된 강가공층을 숫돌 또는 절삭공구에 의해서 제거하고 금속블록 표면을 새로운 금속면으로 하여 연속적으로 도금을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 도금방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 금속브라시에 숫돌 또는 절삭공구를 접촉시켜서 금속브라시 표면에 부착된 도금층이 되지 못했던 금속소편을 제거하면서 도금을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 도금방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
