제1도는 처리 작업이 로보트에 의해 수행되는 자동화된 처리 시설을 한 실시예로서 개략적으로 도시한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 명령 프로그램들을 기록하는 장치 및 이들 명령 프로그램들을 로보트에 전달하는 장치로 이루어지며, 로보트내에서, 이들 명령 프로그램들을 수신하는 장치 및 이들 명령들을 실행하는 장치로 이루어진 로보트 제어 시스템에 있어서, 시스템은 칩 카드로 불리는 이들 명령들을 기록하는 장치를 가지며, 각각의 칩카드에는 마이크로 프로세서가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트 제어 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카드의 칩은 저장 영역 및 로보트에 의해 명령이 실행되도록 설계된 마이크로 프로세서를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트 제어 시스템.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수신 장치는 칩 카드 판독기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트 제어 시스템.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전달 장치는 수신 장치와 함께 동작하기 위하여 자동카드 분배기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트 제어 시스템.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분배기는 로보트에 의해 순서대로 수행되어야 하는 프로그램을 두는 장치를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트 제어 시스템.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 카드는 평판형이며 표면들중 적어도 한면에 실행되어야 하는 프로그램을 나타내기 위하여 사람들에 의해 이해 가능한 지시문을 수납하는 장소를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트제어 시스템.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 로보트의 통로상에 및이 로보트 내에 위치하는 표시기들 및 이들 표시기들에 대한 이 로보트의 위치를 확인하기 위한 장치를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트 제어 시스템.
  8. 제1항또는 제2항에 있어서, 이들 명령을 실행한 후에 명령의 실행 조건들을 기록하기 위한 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트 제어 시스템.
