제 4 도는 본 발명의 공법에 의하여 완성된 전체단면도.
제 5 도는 본 발명의 공법에 의한 내병체가공순서를 설명한 단면도.
제 6 도는 본 발명의 공법에 의하여 완성된 내병체단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 0.5t의 스텐레스판(1)을 사각체(11)로 절단하고 이를 둥글게말아 용접시켜 원통형()의 피가공물을 형성시키며, 원통형의 피가공물의 일단을 스피닝하여()형으로 구성한후 ()형 피가공물 내에()형 우레탄(12)을 끼워 금형(10)내에 삽입하고 상기 우레탄(12)을 고압프레스의 피스톤(13)으로 순간 타격하여 피가공물이 확관되게 하는 2차례의 벌징가공으로 0.3t를 가진 내통의 상부용기(14)와 0.4t를 가진 외통의 상부용기를 얻을 수 있음을 특징으로 한 스텐레스 진공 보온병의 병체 가공방법.
