Claims (6)

  1. 이트리움, 바리움 및 동(Y-Ba-Cu 3성분 금속산화물)을 포함하는 3성분 금속산화물과 3성분 금속산화물의 용융점보다 낮은 용융점을 갖는 원소의 산화물 0.1-5.0wt%을 필수성분으로 하여 구성되는 것이 특징인 초전도체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원소는 비스무스인 것이 특징인 초전도체.
  3. 제1항에서, 상기 원소는 비스무스인 것이 특징인 초전도체.
  4. 제1항에서, 상기 원소는 붕소인 것이 특징인 초전도체.
  5. 제1항에서, 상기 원소는 납인 것이 특징인 초전도체.
