Claims (6)
- 이트리움, 바리움 및 동(Y-Ba-Cu 3성분 금속산화물)을 포함하는 3성분 금속산화물과 3성분 금속산화물의 용융점보다 낮은 용융점을 갖는 원소의 산화물 0.1-5.0wt%을 필수성분으로 하여 구성되는 것이 특징인 초전도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원소는 비스무스인 것이 특징인 초전도체.
