제3도는 라인(9)를 통해 촉매 분해기(6)로 부터 회수된 가솔린 수율(중량 %, 수직축)과 촉매 분해기(6)에 적용된다.
Claims (9)
- 하기 단계(1)-(4)로 구성되는 것으로, 단계 2에서 얻어진 잔류물을 하기 중 진공 탄화수소 오일 증류물의 또다른 분량과 함께 단계 3에서 촉매 분해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나이상의 경 탄화수소 오일 증류물을 제조하는 방법: 단계 1:중 진공 탄화수소 오일 증류물을 수소 첨가 분해하는 단계, 단계 2: 증류에 의해 단계 1에서 얻어진 생성물을 하나 이상의 증류물들과 잔류물로 분리하는 단계, 단계 3: 단계 2에서 얻어진 잔류물을 촉매 분해하는 단계, 및 단계 4: 단계 3에서 얻어진 생성물로부터 하나이상의 경 탄화수소 오일 증류물들을 분리하는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 375℃-450℃의 온도, 10-200바아의 압력, 0.1-1.5kg의 중 진공 탄화수소 오일 증류물/촉매제의 리터 시간의 공간 속도 및 100-2500Nl/kg의 수소:중 진공 탄화수소 오일 증류물 비에서 단계 1이 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 1에서 촉매제가 담체로서 알루미나싱코발트-몰리브덴 또는 담체로서 알루미나 상니켈-몰리브덴 조합물을 함유하는 것이 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 2에서 얻어진 잔류물이 대기압에서 적어도 300℃의 초기 비점을 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매 분해가 400℃ 내지 550℃의 온도 및 1-10바아의 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매 분해가 하기와 같이 정의된, 2.0-5.0의 시베러티(severity) Vs에서 수행하는 방법:여기에서 "t"는 촉매제와 공급물 사이의 접촉시간(초)이고 α는 0.30이다.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 3에서 제올라이트 촉매제가 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 1에서 수소첨가분해되는 중 진공 탄화수소 오일 증류물에 대한 단계 3에서 촉매 분해되는 중 진공 탄화수소 오일 증류물의 중량비가 0.1-0.6으로 적용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 경 탄화수소 오일 증류물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
