밀폐 보온 용기
제1도는 본 고안의 구조를 보인 일부를 절결한 분해 사시도.
제2(a)도는 뚜껑이 분리된 상태의 구조를 보인 단면도, 제2(b)도는 뚜껑이 결합된 상태의 구조를 보인 단면도.

본 고안은 이중벽으로된 보온용기의 유출구와 뚜껑을 경사면을 이용한 유연성 밀폐테의 내향밀착으로 밀폐시키는 밀폐보온용기에 관한 것이다.
종래의 밀폐용기는 개구부와 뚜껑의 접촉면을 주로 고무제 패킹링의 탄력에 의해 밀폐 시켰으므로 오래 사용시 패킹링의 탄력이 저하되고 고무재질이 삭아서 밀폐효과가 급격히 떨어지는 폐단이 있었다.
본 고안에서는 이와 같은 폐단을 없애고져 용기 유출구의 상단에 ""형 밀폐테의 외향경사단이 외향으로 돌출되게 밀폐테의 내측단을 부착시키고 이에 대응지게 뚜껑의 내주연상부를 내향으로 경사지게 내향 경사면을 형성시켜 뚜껑을 나사로 결합시 용기상부의 외향경사단이 뚜껑 내주연의 내향 경사면에 의해 내향으로 밀착되어 밀폐가 되도록 한 것으로 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
용기동체가 내,외피층으로 되고 그 사이 공간에 보온재가 충진된 공지의 보온용기(10)에 있어서, 유출구의 상단에서 외피층(12)은 내향으로 내피층(11)은 외향으로 90°되게 굴곡시켜 상하로 접하는 사이에 단면이 ""형으로 된 유연성 밀폐테(20)의 내측단(21)을 협지되게 부착시켜 유출구의 상부가장자리에 외향경사단(22)을 형성시켜서 이와 대응지게 내피층의 중앙에서 부터 유출구에 끼워질 중앙돌출단(31)과 유출구의 상부면 일부에 접촉될 중간단(32)그리고 외향경사단이 내향으로 협착될 내향경사면(33)이 형성된 뚜껑(30)으로 나사에 의해 결합시켜서된 것이다.
이와 같은 구조로된 본 고안은 보온 용기(10)유출구의 상단에서 90각도로 내, 외향으로 굴곡된 외피층(12)과 내피층(11)이 사이에 단면이 ""형인 유연성 밀폐테(20)의 내측단 (21)을 협지되게 부착시켰으므로 제조 및 조립이 간편하고 밀폐테가 용기유출구의 상부에 편중됨이 없이 동일체가 되게 고정되어 상부 외향경사단(22)이 균일하게 돌출되어 있어서 나사로 뚜껑을 결합시 뚜껑내피층의 중앙돌출단(31)이 용기유출구에 끼워지고 중간단(32)이 유출구의 상면일부를 일치되게 지지시키고 내향경사면(33)에 의해 외향경사단(22)이 내향으로 축소되면서 내향경사면의 상단을 밀착 시키므로 밀폐효과가 커지고 뚜껑을 분리시키면 내향으로 축소되었던 외향경사단이 탄력에 의해 원상복귀가 되는 것이다.

  1. 용기동체가 내, 외피층으로 되고 그 사이 공간에 보온재가 충진된 공지의 보온용기(10)에 있어서, 유출구의 상단에서 외피층(12)은 내향으로 내피층(11)은 외향으로 90°되게 굴곡시켜 상하로 접하는 사이에 단면이 ""형으로 된 유연성 밀폐테(20)의 내측단(21)을 협지되게 부착시켜서 이와 대향지게 내피층의 중앙에서 부터 중앙돌출단(31)과 중간단(32)그리고 내향경사면(33)이 형성된 뚜껑(30)을 나사로 결합시켜서된 밀폐보온 용기.
