Claims (6)

  1. 다음 함량 난에 명시된 이하의 양으로 하기한 불순물을 갖는 입방체 질화붕소를 이루어지는 열발광할수 있는 물질.
    불순물 함량(ppm)
    탄소 1100
    산소 1500
    규소 100
    인 30
    티탄 30
    베리륨 1
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 입방체 질화붕소는 하기한 불순물 프로화일을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.

  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 따르는 물질을 핵방사선에 종속시키는 단계, 조사된 물질을 발광을 일으키도록 주위온도 이상 500℃ 미만의 온도로 가열하는 단계 및 열발광반응을 검출 또는 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵방사선을 검출 또는 측정하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 물질을 200℃ 내지 500℃ 범위의 온도로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 물질을 250℃ 내지 400℃ 범위의 온도로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 검출 또는 측정된 방사선은 감마방사선인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
