또한 일반적으로 타연료에 비해 발열량이 낮고 착화온도가 높은 연탄을 연소시키는데 연소통은 가장 중요한 인자로서 연탄 보일러의 연소성능에 큰 변수로 작용되는데 기존 보일러의 구조 및 성능상 연소통은 보일러 수실가까이 위치하게 되므로 이로 인해 연소실의 냉각요인이 되어 연탄의 착화가 용이하지 못하였으며, 착화되어도 많은 불완전 가스가 발생하여 연탄가스 사고의 위험을 초래하게 되었다. 또한 기존 토관 연소통의 열전도 계수는 600℃의 고온에서 약 0.442 kcal/hrm℃로써 연탄의 순발열량에 대해 연소통 측면으로 전달되는 열량은 20-30%가량 되고, 연소통 상부로의 전달량은 70-80%가량 되는데, 연소온도와 전열효과를 높이기 위해서는 연소통 상부로의 전달량이 많아야하며 이를 위해 본 고안은 Ceramic Fiber연소통을 내관으로한 이중 연소통으로 구성하여 연소통의 보온력을 높혔으며 기존 연소통과 비교 실험한 결과 아래표와 같다.In addition, combustion coal is generally the most important factor in the combustion of coal briquettes, which have a lower calorific value and higher ignition temperature than other fuels.As a large variable in the combustion performance of briquette boilers, the combustion cylinder is located near the boiler chamber.
