Claims (5)

  1. 축방향으로 이격된 한쌍의 환상의 비드 코어와, 외면에 축방향과 방사상으로 접혀진 하나의 상향부를 갖는 상기 각 비드코어와, 70˚내지 90˚각도에서 타이어와 중간 원주면과 교차디는 카커스 플라이의 케이블과 카커스 플라이의 측면 모서리를 갖는 한쌍의 상향부와 중심부를 구비하는 고장력 재료의 나란한 케이블인 카커스 플라이를 포함하는 공기 타이어에 있어서, 카커스 플라이의 각 상향부는 함께 연합된 한쌍의스티프닝 부재를 갖으며, 제1환상의 스티프닝 부재는 카커스 플라이의 상향부 부근과 내면에 축방향으로 배열되고 제2환상의 스티프닝 부재는 카커스 플라이의 상향부 부근과 외면에 축방향으로 배열되며, 각 스티프닝 부재는 연합된 비드코어의 축방향 최외부 크기의 외면에 축방향으로 위치되고 적어도 5mm 방사상으로 측정된 거리를 갖는 카커스 플라이의 연합돈 측면 모서리의 내면에 방사상으로 배열된 방사상 최내부 모서리를 갖으며 5mm 내지 45mm의 방사상으로 측정된 거리로 카커스 플라이의 연합된 측면 모서리의 외면에 방사상으로 배열된 방사상 최외부 모서리를 갖고 타이어의 원주선에 대해 20˚내지 40˚범위로 향한 고장력 재료인 나란한 코드를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기타이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스틸을 포함하는 상기 카커스 플라이의 케이블을 특징으로 하는 공기타이어.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 이라미드를 포함하는 상기 카커스 플라이의 케이블을 특징으로 하는 공기타이어.
  4. 전항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 나일론을 포함하는 상기 스트프닝 부재의 코드를 특징으로 하는 공기타이어.
  5. 전항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 타이어의 상기 원주선에 대해 반대쪽으로 향한 상기 제1 및 제2스트프닝 부재 코드를 특징으로 하는 공기타이어.
