Claims (6)
1차코일과, 상기 1차코일의 바깥쪽에 이 1차코일과 동심적으로 배치된 2차코일과, 상기 1차코일 및 2차코일을 수납하는 케이스를 구비하고, 상기 케이스에는 고압코오드를 받아들여서 유지하는 고압코오드유지부가 형성되고, 상기 고압코오드유지부에 유지된 고압코오드의 심선에 상기 2차코일의 감기종료단부가 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 점화코일에 있어서, 상기 고압코오드유지부에 유지된 고압코오드의 선단부 부근에 상기 2차코일의 감기종료단부가 납땜된 도전판이 착설되어서 이 도전판이 상기 2차코일의 외주면에 고정되고, 상기 고압코오드유지부에 유지된 상기 고압코오드의 선단부 부근에 상기 고압코오드의 심선에 접속되는 접속자가 착설되고, 상기 1차코일 및 2차코일이 상기 케이스내에 수납되고 또한 상기 고압코오드가 상기 고압코오드유지부에 유지된 상태에서, 상기 접촉자가 상기 도전판에 접촉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 점화코일.
제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접촉자는 상기 고압코오드의 선단부에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 점화코일.
제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 고압코오드의 선단부에는, 이 고압코오드의 빼내기가 가능한 상태에서 절연통이 끼워맞추어지고, 상기 접촉자는 상기 절연통을 관통해서 상기 고압코오드의 심선에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 점화코일.
제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 고압코오드의 선단부에는, 상기 심선에 접속되는 접속부를 구비한 캡형상의 단자금구가 끼워맞추어지고, 이 단자금구의 일부가 상기 접촉자를 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 점화코일.
제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 고압코오드의 심선의 선단부가 상기 도전판쪽으로 되접어져서 상기 접촉자를 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 점화코일.
제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접촉자는 상기 고압코오드유지부에 고정되고, 이 접촉자는 상기 고압코오드가 상기 고압코오드유지부에 유지된 상태에서 상기 고압코오드의 심선에 접속되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 점화코일.
