Claims (10)
- 첫번째 반응지대에서 수소가 존재하는 가운데, 상승된 온도와 압력에서, 탄화수소 공급원료를 무정형운반체 상에 적어도 1개의 VIB족 금속 및/또는 적어도 1개의 Ⅷ족 급속을 함유하는 첫번째 무정형 수소화 분해 촉매와 접촉시키고, 첫번째 반응지대에서 두번째 반응지대로 완전한 유출액을 통과시키고 두번째 반응지대에서 수소가 존재하는 가운데 상승된 온도 및 압력에서, 첫번째 반응에서 나온 상기 유출액을 24.40Å 이하의 단위 세포크기를 갖는 제올라이트 Y상에 적어도 1개의 VIB족 금속 및/또는 적어도 1개의 Ⅷ족 금속을 함유하는 두번째 제올라이트 수소화 분해 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 탄화수소 공급원료를 저비점의 생성물로 수소화 분해시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 분해될 탄화수소 공급원료가 중간 분리 없이 첫번째 반응지대로 들어가는, 조 공급원료의 히드로탈금속화의 유출액을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 히드로탈 금속화 촉매가 실리카 상 니켈 및/또는 바나듐 및/또는 몰리브덴을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무정형 수소화 분해 촉매가 니켈 및/또는 코발트와 몰리브덴 및/또는 텅스텐을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무정형 운반체가 알루미나인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첫번째 반응지대에 반응조건이; 온도가 250 내지 500℃이고, 수소(부분)압력이 20 내지 200바아이며 공간 속도가 0.1 내지 10kg/1.h이고 H2/공급원료 비가 100 내지 5000Nl/kg인 방법
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제올라이트 Y의 단위 세포 크기가 24.35Å이하인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포저사이트-형(faujasite-형) 제올라이트가 8 내지 15의 SiO2/Al2O 몰비를 갖는 제올라이트 Y인 방법
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제올라이트 수소화 분해 촉매가 한가지 이상의 니켈 및/또는 코발트 성분과 한가지 이상의 몰리브덴 및/또는 텅스텐 성분 또는 한가지 이상의 백금 및/또는 팔라듐 성분을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두번째 반응지대내에서의 반응이 250℃ 내지 500℃, 300바아 이하의 압력, 및 0.1 내지 10kg 공급원료/l(촉매)h의 공간 속도에서 수행되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
