Claims (5)

  1. 적어도 3개의 연결가능보조속도(저,중,고)의 보조부기어변경의 사전선택을 하게 하는 형으로 변속기운전상태를 가능한 변경수행을 할 수 있게 되어 있는 분리형 기어변경보조 변속기부의 조정장치에 있어서, 운전자 작동기어선택기밸브(160)가 적어도 3개 위치로 움직일 수 있는 선택기스위치(154)를 가지며, 소망하는 연결보조변속기부 기어를 사전선택하게 되어 있고, 상기한 선택기밸브는 가압유체(공급)의 동력원에 연결되어 있으며, 제1(2)의 선택가능가압과 배출유체통로와, 제2(3)의 선택가능가압과 배출유체통로와 배출(Exh)통로가 있고, 상기한 선택기스위치의 제1위치(저)에서 상기한 선택기밸브는 상기한 동력원과 제1선택가능가압과 배출통로 사이에서 연통을 하며, 제2선택가능가압과 배출도관을 배출케하며, 상기한 선택기스위치의 상기한 제2위치(중)에서, 선택기밸브는 상기한 제1,제2의 선택가능가압과 배출도관 양쪽을 배출하여, 상기한 동력원을 폐쇄하게 되어 있으며, 상기한 선택기스위치의 제3위치(고)에서 상기한 선택기밸브는 제2선택가능가압과 배출도관을 상기한 가압유체의 동력원에 연결하여 상기한 제1선택가능가압과 배출도관을 배출케하고 있으며, 작동기밸브어셈블리(152)는 상기한 기어선택기밸브로부터 후방조정을 하고, 상기한 가압유체의 동력원과 일정한 유체연통을 하는 공급출입구(182)와 제1압력라인출입구(186)와 제2압력라인출입구(184)를 가지고 있으며, 상기한 작동기밸브어셈블리는 제1선택기어의 연결을 위한 제1위치를 갖는 피스톤수단(144,150)과 제2선택기어의 연결을 위한 제2위치와, 제3선택기어의 연결을 위한 제3위치를 포함하고 있고, 상기한 피스톤수단이 제1압력라인출입구의 가압상 그리고 제2압력라인출입구 배출이 제1위치를 담당하고 또한 상기한 피스톤이 제1,제2압력라인출입구 모두의 배출상, 제2위치를 담당하고 있으며, 그리고 상기한 피스톤수단은 상기한 제2압력라인 출입구의 가압과 제1압력라인출입구의 배출에서 제3위치를 담당하게 되어 있고, 상기한 조정장치는 다음과 같은 특징을 하고 있는데, 상기한 제1선택가능가압 및 배출도관은 선택기밸브를 직접 제1압력라인 출입구에 연결하고 있으며, 제2선택가능가압 빛 배출도관은 상기한 선택기밸브를 직접 제2압력라인 출입구에 연결하는 특징을 가진 분리형 기어변경 보조변속기부의 조정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 작동기밸브어셈블리가 상기한 공급출입구에 인접한 제1확대홈통(R1) 구실을 하는 밸브 모체와 상기한 제1압력 라인 출입구에 인접한 제2확대 홈통(R2)과, 제2라인 출입구에 인접한 제3확대 홈통(R3) 구실을 하는 밸브 모체를 구성하며, 상기한 유체 홈통들은 상기한 피스톤 수단의 작용 표면(192,194,212,202,204)과 유체 연통하고 있는 분리형 기어변경 보조 변속기부의 조정장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 기어변경변속기(10)가 주변속기(12)부를 상기한 분리형 보조변속기부와 직열로 연결하여 구성된 복합변속기를 구성하고 있으며, 상기한 주변속기부는 교체이동레버(72)수단에 의하여 교체이동되며, 상기한 운전자가 작동한 기어선택기밸브는 상기한 교체이동레버에 설치되게 되어 있는 보조변속기 기어변경 조정장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 기어변경 변속기가 주변속기부를 상기한 분리형 보조변속기부와 직열로 연결하게 구성하고 있는 복합변속기를 구성하고 있으며, 상기한 변속기부는 교체이동레버의 수단에 의하여 교체이동되며, 상기한 운전자가 작동한 기어선택기밸브는 상기한 교체이동레버에 설치되어 있는 보조변속기 기어변경 조정장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 교체이동레버는 그 교체이동손잡이(160)에 운전자 작동선택기밸브가 위치한 교체이동 손잡이를 포함하고 있는 보조변속기 기어변경 조정장치.
