Claims (7)

  1. 공작재료의 표면을 점화온도로 가열하기 위한 예열 버너가 병렬되어 있는 고압 액체 사출 절단 노즐에 희하여 주조레일 특히 철괴를 세로 분할하는 방법에 있어서, 천공 삽입을 위하여 점화된 예열 버너를 레일 위로 향하게 하고, 액체 사출 절단 노즐쪽으로 이동시키고, 예열 버너의 중심측의 운동방향을 액체 사출 절단 노즐의 중심축과 일렬로 정렬시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 천공 삽입이 액체 사출에 의하여 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 의한 방법을 실시하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 예열 버너가 자동버너인 것을특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 의한 방법을 실시하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 예열 버너가 플라즈마버너인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제 3항에 있어서, 예열 버너가 직렬로 연속 배치되어 있는 가열 불꽃을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제 3항 내지 제 5항 중 한 항에 있어서, 예열 버너가 주조 레일에 대하여 동기적으로 이동할수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제 3항 내지 제 5항 중 한 항에 있어서, 예열버너가 주조 레일에 죄어 붙여질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
