제 1 도는 본 발명의 실시예에 사용하는 헤드코어의 일예를 나타낸도. 제 2 도는 상기 헤드코어에 의한 고정방법을 나타낸 단면도. 제 3 도는 고정된 상태를 나타낸 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 비자성체로 평판형상으로 형성된 슬라이더의 연부에 판두께 방향으로 삽통되는 장착홈을 형성하고, 이 장착홈에 자성체의 박편((薄片)으로 이루어진 헤드코어를 삽입하고, 그 헤드와 장착홈의 간극에 유리를 충전하여 헤드코어를 고정하는 자기헤드 코어의 고정방법에 있어서, 상기 간극에 면한 위치에 광에너지를 흡수하기 쉬운 소재로 이루어진 융착용유리를 배치하고, 헤드코어를 장착홈에 삽입한후, 그 유리에 광선을 조사하여 그 유리를 용융시키는 것을 특징으로하는 자기헤드 코어의 고정방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 융착용유리는 헤드코어에 일체로 고착된 상태로 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 자기헤드코어의 고정방법.
