제1도는, 본 발명의 측장량 가변장치의 블록선도, 제2도는, 본 발명에서 급사체의 감는지름과 풀림장력과의 관계를 나타낸 그래프. 제3도는 본 발명에서 급사체의 감는 지름과 측장량의 변화를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (6)

  1. 급사체(3)에서 위사(4)를 인출하고, 위입에 필요한 길이의 위사(4)를 측장하며, 또한 그의 위사(4)를 위입시까지 저류하는 측장저류 장치(2)에 있어서, 급사체(3)에서 위사(4)를 인출할때의 풀림 장력을 측정하는 장력센서(6)와, 이 장력센서(6)로 부터의 신호를 입력하고, 풀림장력에 따른 제어출력을 발생하는 콘트로울러(7)와, 이 콘트로울러(7)의 제어출력에 의하여 측장저류장치(2)의 축장량을 증감시키는 측장량 가변수단(8)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 측장량 가변장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 측장저류장치(2)를 측장로울러식으로 하고, 측장량 가변수단(8)을 회전공급원에서 측장로울러(20)(23)까지의 사이에 개재하는 가변회전기구(80)(83)에 의하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측장량 가변장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 측장량 저류장치(2)를 측장, 저류 드럼식으로 하고, 측장량 가변수단(8)을 측장저류용의 드럼(28)의 바깥지름 변경기구(32),(34),(36),(37) (85)에 의하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측장량 가변장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 측장저류장치(2)를 측장, 저류 드럼식으로 하고, 측장량 가변수단(8)을 측장저류용의 드럼(28)의 바깥둘레에서 복수개의 걸어 멈춤핀(29)을 선택적으로 동작시키는 걸어멈춤핀의 독작위치변경기구(30)(86)에 의하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측장량 가변장치.
  5. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 장력 센서(6)를 급사체(3)의 중량센서(61)로서 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측장량 가변장치.
  6. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 장력 센서(6)를 급사체(3)의 감는지름센서(62)로서 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측장량 가변장치.
