C8방향족 탄화수소 혼합물중의 에틸벤젠을 전환시키는 방법

제 1도는 본 발명에 따른 크실렌 제조방법의 하나의 태양을 예시한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 에틸벤젠 및 크실렌이 존재하는 C8방향족 탄화수소 혼합물을 수소존재하에서, 레늄 0.6 내지 20.0중량부, 10-원 산소 환으로 구성된 유입용 주공동(main cavity inlet)을 갖는 산 형태의 제올라이트 100중량부 및 알루미나 100 내지 900중량부를 함유하며 황화처리된 촉매와 접촉시켜 에틸벤젠을 수소첨가-탈에틸화 (hydrode-ethyation)반응에 의해 벤젠으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, C8방향족 탄화수소 혼합물중의 에틸벤젠을 전환시키는 방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 황화처리공정을 황화수소 흐름중, 100 내지 450℃에서 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 레늄을 촉매상에 지지시킨후 황화처리공정을 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 10-원 산소 환으로 구성되는 유입용 주공동을 갖는 제올라이트가 펜타실 형태의 제올라이트인 방법.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 10-원 산소 환으로 구성되는 유입용 주공동을 갖는 제올라이트의 SiO2/Al2O3몰비가 35이상인 방법.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 수소참가-탈에틸화반응을 350 내지 480℃의 온도, 3 내지 20Kg/cm2의 압력, 1 내지 10의 수소/C8방향족 탄화수소 몰비 및 2 내지 20hr-1의 중력 공간속도에서 수행하는 방법.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 에틸벤젠의 수소첨가- 탈에틸화 반응후, 수득된 C8방향족 탄화수소 혼합물을 p-크실렌-본리단계 및 크실렌- 이성화 단계를 포함하는 순환시스템에 추가로 공급하는 방법.
