제 1도는 본원 발명의 제 1 실시예에 의한 와이퍼암 조립체의 채널의 종축면에 따른 단면도. 제 2도는 제 1도의 와이퍼암 조립체의 평면도. 제 3도는 본원 발명의 제 1 실시예의 요부확대 단면도.

Claims (13)

  1. 구동축(A-B)에 고착된 장착헤드(1)와, 채널(2)내부에 배설되어 닦아야할 면쪽으로 채널(2)에 힘을 가하는 스프링수단(4)과, 그 양단에 조인드(10,11 ; 10a, 11a)가 배설된 로드(12)에 의해 차량본체(14)에 연결되며, 연장된 암(3)을 구비한 슬라이딩 부재(9, 9a, 9b)로 이루어지는 자동차의 와이퍼암 조립체에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩부재(9, 9a, 9b)는 상기 채널(2) 내부에 배설되어 잇으며, 슬라이딩 부재(9, 9a, 9b)의 외면과 채널(2)의 내면 사이에 견고한 강성의 감마(減摩)수단(13 ; 15, 15a ; 15′, 15a′)이 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 외이퍼암 조립체.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 채널(2)은 강철로 만들어지며, 슬라이딩부재(9, 9b)는 플래스틱재로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼암 조립체.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 채널(2)과 슬라이딩부재(9a)는 모두 강철로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼암 조립체.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 강성의 감마수단은 플래스틱커버(13)인 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼암 조립체.
  5. 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 강성의 감마수단은 플래스틱볼(15′, 15a′) 또는 플래스틱롤러로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼암 조립체.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 플래스틱볼(15′, 15a′) 또는 플래스틱 롤러는 플래스틱 슬라이딩부재(9b)의 몸통에 배설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼암 조립체.
  7. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 강성의 감마수단은 금속커버인 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼암 조립체.
  8. 제 3 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 강성의 감마수단은 강철볼(15, 15a) 또는 강철롤러로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼암 조립체.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 강철볼(15, 15a) 또는 강철롤러는 강철 슬라이딩부재(9a)의 몸통에 배설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼암 조립체.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 로드(12)의 각 끝부의 조인트는 볼조인트(10, 11 ; 10a, 11a)에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼암 조립체.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 볼조인트는 강철볼 (10, 10a) 및 이에 상응하는 플래스틱 캡(11, 11a)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼암 조립체.
  12. 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 플래스틱 캡(11, 11a)은 잘룩한 단면(11′, 11a′)을 갖추고 있는 연결부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼암 조립체.
  13. 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 잘룩한 단면은 실질적으로 원형단면의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼암 조립체.
