제1도는 본 발명의 일회용 필터 부품에 대한 투시도. 제2도는 본 발명에 의한 튜브형의 일회용 필터를 제조하는 데 유용한 여과성 물질의 스트립에 대한 평면도. 제3도는 제2도의 여과성 물질의 스트립으로부터 제조된 일회용 유연성 필터백(bag)의 투시도.
Claims (13)
1)최소한 한층은 일부의 유체가 여과되지 않은 상태로 통과 될 수 있는 최소한 한개 구멍이 있도록 제작되며, 하부층은 그러한 구멍이 없으며, 2)유연성이 있고 유체투과성이 있는 비여과성 수송물질의 층은 구멍을 포함하는 각각의 여과 성층 바로 하부에 존재하며, 여기에서 수송물질은 유체의 측면유출에 거의 저항을 주지 않으며, 3)유연성 예비 여과성 물질의 층은 다수의 상기 여과성층 상부에 위치하고, 예비 여과성 물질의 다공성은 수송물질 내에 기착될 수 있는 모든 입자들을 유체로부터 여과시키도록 선택된 것으로 상당히 적은 입자를 여거 하지는 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성이 있으며 유에 투과성이 있는 여과성 물질로 구성 된 다수의 층을 포함하고 있는 일회용 필터 부품.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 구멍을 포함하는 여과성층은 실지로 동일크기와 균일한 분포를 하고 있는 다수의 구멍을 갖고 있으며 여과성 물질의 각층내에 있는 구멍의 전체면적은 하부층에 존재하는 여과성 물질층에 있는 동일한 크기의 구멍의 전체 면적보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 필터 부품.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 구멍이 원형의 구멍임을 특징으로 하는 일회용 필터 부품.
제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 다수의 여과성 물질층중 최소한 3개의 층이 상기 구멍을 갖으며, 어떤 여과성층 내의 구멍 총면적이 이 여과성 물질의 하부층에 있는 구멍의 총면적보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 필터부품.
제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실지로 동일한 포어크기를 갖는 여과성 물질층 약 9개를 갖으며 각각에는 상기 여과성 물질의 하부층에 있는 구멍 보다 더 큰 구멍을 갖으며, 글 뒤로 상기 구멍을 갖지 않은 여과성 물질의 층 10-15층이 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 필터 부품.
제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 여과성 물질이 섬유상인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 필터 부품.
제6항에 있어서, 상기 여과성 물질이 취입 마이크로 섬유로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 필터부품.
제7항에 있어서, 상기 취입 마이크로 섬유가 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 필터 부품.
제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 일회용 평면 필터부품으로 구성된 필터.
제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 일회용 필터부품을 튜브형태로 만들고 이것의 최소한 한 쪽 말단은 측방향의 구멍을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
원통형의 케이지에 장치된 제1항 내지 제8항 그리고 제10항중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 일회용 필터 부품을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
제11항에 있어서, 상기 필터 부품이 주름 잡힌 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
제11항에 있어서, 상기 필터 부품이 회전상으로 감겨진 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
