Claims (2)

  1. 가습조 내부의 순수에 건조개스를 통과시켜 가습개스를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 가습조에서 방출되는 가습개스에 소정량의 건조개스를 혼합하여 가습개스의 노점을 조절함을 특징으로 하는 개스 가습방법.
  2. 가습조 내부의 순수에 건조개스를 공급하는 건조개스라인이 설치되고, 가습조에서 발생된 가습개스가 유출되는 가습개스라인에 로점계와 유랑계가 설치된 개스가습장치에 있어서, 주 건조 개스라인(14)에서 1,2차 건조개스 분지라인(14')(14)을 분지시켜 각 라인(14')(14)에 수동식 조절밸브(19)(19')(19)를 각각 부착함과 아울러, 1차 건조개스 분지라인(14')의 단부를 가습조(12)의 순수(15) 내부에 삽입하며, 가습조(12)에서 발생된 1차 가습개스가 유출되는 1차가습개스라인(20)을 연결하여 그 유출측 단부에 1차 스프링라인(21)과 2차 스프링라인(23)을 연결하고, 그들의 연결라인(26)에는 로점계(24)와 유량계(25)를 연결하는 동시에 로점계(24)와 자동조절밸브(18)를 전기회로적으로 연결하여 2차 가습개스의 로점을 자동으로 조절하는 개스가습장치.
